TikTok Stream Key Tool FAQ
Common questions about GoLive Bridge's product scope, requirements, pricing, and support.
Is GoLive Bridge an official TikTok product?
No. GoLive Bridge is an independently developed, third-party Windows tool with no partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation with TikTok, ByteDance, or their related companies.
What do I need to use GoLive Bridge?
A TikTok account with official mobile live access already granted, a Windows 10/11 64-bit PC with OBS Studio installed, and a valid GoLive Bridge activation code.
Can GoLive Bridge get me mobile live access?
No. Mobile live access is granted by TikTok based on account level, region, and compliance status — GoLive Bridge does not offer, and cannot promise, any way to grant, elevate, or bypass that permission.
Could using this product get my account restricted or banned?
GoLive Bridge only reads and writes your live configuration parameters locally on your own machine — it does not bypass platform risk controls or permission rules. Whether a platform restriction gets triggered depends on your account's behavior and whether your content follows TikTok's rules; this product makes no guarantee either way.
Which operating systems are supported?
Currently only Windows 10/11 64-bit — macOS and mobile are not supported.
How do I buy an activation code?
Monthly US$4.99 / 30 days, Quarterly US$11.99 / 90 days, Yearly US$29.99 / 365 days — all functionally identical, differing only in license length. We accept WeChat Pay and Alipay, at these fixed prices (not a live currency conversion). Click the "Contact Support to Buy" button on the site to open live chat, choose a plan and payment method, and once payment is confirmed, support will send the activation code for that plan. See the pricing page for details.
Is a free trial available?
Yes. Before buying, contact live support to request a 24-hour trial code — it unlocks every core feature, is licensed for 1 PC, and is limited to one trial per user or per device. See the pricing page for details.
What's the difference between the Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly plans?
All three plans are functionally identical — only the license length and price differ: Monthly US$4.99 / 30 days; Quarterly US$11.99 / 90 days (Recommended, ≈ US$4.00/month, saves US$2.98 vs. paying monthly); Yearly US$29.99 / 365 days (Best Value, ≈ US$2.50/month, saves US$29.89 vs. paying monthly). The license period is counted from your first activation.
My activation code doesn't work — what should I do?
Activation codes purchased through this site's official channel are 100% guaranteed to activate correctly for the plan you bought. If a code fails to activate, has the wrong duration, or shows an abnormal status, contact live support for verification — if it's a code-side issue, we'll fix or replace it at no charge.
What does support cover?
Software download and installation, activation code issues, license status problems, how to use the stream key retrieval feature, how to use the one-click OBS write feature, and software bugs or version updates.
Do you provide support for v2rayN nodes or TikTok account issues?
No. Network nodes, your TikTok account, OBS, and other third-party services are outside our support scope — we're only responsible for the validity of officially sold activation codes and for activation/functionality issues with the software itself.
What happens when my activation code expires?
Once your license expires, automatic retrieval of the live configuration and one-click OBS write are disabled until you renew.
How do I update the software?
GoLive Bridge has a built-in auto-update feature — once a new version is detected, you can update directly in the app, or grab the latest installer anytime from the download page.
Is my TikTok login information safe?
Your login session is stored locally on your machine. GoLive Bridge never uses your account data for anything beyond official login, and never sells it to third parties — see the Privacy Policy.
I fetched the configuration but OBS shows no picture — what now?
Confirm the mobile stream has actually started, that your TikTok login session hasn't expired, and that the correct OBS profile path is selected, then check the common-issues section in the TikTok Mobile Live to OBS Guide.
